My name is Sandro Albornoz, I’m a Physical Fitness Specialist. At the age of 11, I got started in martial arts, reaching a competitive level and getting near the Olympic scenario. At the age of 19, I entered the bodybuilding world to get as muscular as possible to participate in bodybuilding competitions. Throughout my life in sports, I've tried all sorts of training and nutrition protocols on myself, along with countless of the most common mistakes. All this background made me desire to become a professional in the health and fitness field.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist; I got my Bachelor of Nutrition Science degree after five years of college. Since then, I've been working in different areas of nutrition, including hospitals, healthcare clinics, competitive sports centers, and my personal nutrition office. Since I graduated, I've been researching and certifying in different areas of the sports nutrition field.

I am also a Certified Strength trainer by NCSF, ISSA, and NASM. I've researched strength training protocols from countless sources in bodybuilding, powerlifting, high-intensity interval training, and high-intensity training. I've read over 100 books on strength training and many articles from the most significant strength training authorities. As a trainer, I've worked most of my career with online clients, but I also had experience with clients in person.I started in bodybuilding with the goal of being a natural bodybuilder competitor. I wanted to build as much muscle as I could and get as lean as possible by following the conventional fitness advice of four to five workouts a week, with high protein meals, and full of supplements. This general advice took countless hours of my time and a good part of my budget to give me the same result I could get with a more scientific approach like the one applied in this program. The roots of this protocol have been used from the highest performance level on professional bodybuilder champions such as Dorian Yates, Mike Mentzer, Ray Mentzer, and Casey Viator. But also, there have been conducted several studies showing its efficiency on trainees over 70 and 80 years of age with different health conditions. Thus, It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or an advanced trainee, younger than 20 years old or over 80 years old. This program will fit you perfectly.

How long do I have access to the program & when does it start?

This program is not like other programs where you have pre-set meals and workouts with some fake customization but not based on each individual. Here you will have a starting protocol to follow but there will be weekly customizations, adaptations, exercise form checking, and weekly master fitness coach sessions. It's not intended to have you following this program indefinitely. Do I need to have any specific equipment or join any specific gym before starting?

No. Here you will learn scientific training and nutrition principles that you can apply to different equipment according to your convenience. The nutrition approach is based on whole regular food found in most homes so no complications at all.
